2010 Homebuyer & Post Purchase Education Schedule

Pre-Registration: (Homebuyer Education Certification Requires Completion of Session I & II on weekdays)
All clients must pre-register to assure space and the availability of required materials. Residential Resources, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any individual who fails to properly register prior to the scheduled workshop. Call (615) 650-9779, state your name, day and evening telephone numbers and the date you wish to attend. Also, state if you are participating in any other special program. Please allow sufficient time to complete other certification requirements. This completes your registration. You will be contacted within 24 hours if you require additional instructions. If the class is full, we will provide you with the next available dates.

Workshop Dates & Location:
Please note that this schedule is subject to change based on enrollment. Residential Resources, Inc. reserves the right to select locations other than its immediate facility that are accessible and conveniently located to public transportation. Residential Resources, Inc. will advise all concerned parties of changes, if any. No workshop dates will be changed when there are one or more pre-registered clients with an ending closing date prior to the next scheduled workshop.

Downpayment Assistance, etc:
If the client is an applicant for any of the (THDA) Tennessee Housing Development Agency or (THF) The Housing Fund Downpayment Assistance or other Special Programs, please contact our agency with your request. Thank you.
